Sewa Bhav Foundation (SBF) organized a workshop for women Know Yourself On July 10, 2013 at Banjarawala Dehradun.

At the time I started my work for community I noticed a serious careless attitude of women for themselves especially among housewives. They have completely lost their confidence and no personality improvement since they are married, actually women in our country is being treated as a student to cook, maintain well, make others happy, and put yourself in last, serve others, make sacrifices, compromises etc after getting married and this kind of education is being started since they are born which creates a problem in enhancing their personality.

Unfortunately our society support them to do so because of which the condition of females is becoming worst .So just to help them in the current scenario our team has conducted a workshop only for females to help them in understanding themselves and make a refresh and identify a spark and patience in them as well.
